Hundreds of boards are displayed on Surf Neutral shaped by dozens of shapers worldwide. Its that time of the week to highlight one more.

We offer the greatest and easiest way for surfers to find their favourite surfboard, shaper or surfboard brand. Check it right here.

At Surf Neutral we define a brand as a surf-related NGO, Surf School or shop. Each cannot only explain their business but also digitise the boards they own or shape with a unique story and QR code.

Our board of the week is a piece of art and a collaboration board between father and daughter, Mikey and Wonder Meyer. Mikey is an underground shaper creating one of Africa's finest boards out there. Like us, Mikey got inspired by one of the world's best righthand waves, Supertubes in Jeffreys Bay. He started shaping in 1982 and about forty years later made this beautiful piece of art that can be viewed at Nina's real food in Jeffreys bay as part of their surfboard collection.

A CUSTOM FOR MIKEY
Teamwork makes the dream work! This is certainly applicable to this board. Mikey's exceptional hand-shaping experience and Wonder's colour insights made us stare at the board as we can do at a big bond fire! As you can see, Wonder loves playing around with colours and even got her own art business which can be viewed here.

BOARD LOCATION
For surfers, it is great to know where to find craftsmen or local businesses. Unfortunately, it was not always easy to find them. Surf Neutral allows shapers, brands or surfers to update your location at any time. Find Mikey on Surf Neutral and give him a heads-up to make your next board!
